Our multinational team is made up of a network of highly experienced independent professionals. They have previously worked in leading consulting firms and large organisations and now bring these years of expertise and practical know-how to our clients.

With advanced human resources and industrial psychology degrees and extensive hands-on knowledge, they are subject matter experts specifically in the area of employee experience, talent management and relationship analysis. More than that, they know first-hand the importance of turning the rich insight gathered from people analytics into real action that gets tangible results for your organisation.

Stephen Choo, Ph.D.

Stephen leads our international practice, putting his vast expertise at the service of our clients. A large part of his role is working closely with clients to identify the strategies that will help them to achieve superior organisational performance. He also manages the DSRInsight project teams who design, develop and deliver Employee Experience programs.

Brent Ruge, Ph.D.

Brent is a seasoned Employee Experience professional with over 20 years of consulting experience. He brings strong expertise in all aspects of Employee Experience surveys: survey design, execution, analysis, insights, recommendations, and follow-up change management.

Jeremy Andrulis

Jeremy has over 24 years of experience as a management, technology and human capital consultant in North America and Asia. His core expertise lies in strategic planning, employee engagement, leadership assessment and development, talent management and competency design. He possesses significant experience leading transformation programs in human resources for public and private sector clients and led professional service businesses and diverse teams across eight countries in Asia.

Rupa Sivanoli

Rupa is a highly experienced change management consultant in the areas of HR consulting, employee engagement and talent management. Her experience includes both in-house roles and management consulting across a variety of sectors. Most recently Rupa was the Regional Change Management Lead for The British Council (East Asia). Her more than 25 years work experience includes assignments in Malaysia as well more than 14 countries across Asia Pacific regions.

Somsunee Vidhyameth

Somsunee is a strategic human resources professional who is well versed in the areas of job evaluation, organisation design, performance management and talent and leadership development. Currently Founder and CEO of her own company, A Plus Leadership, she consults to corporate clients on leadership, experience management and digital adoption.

Yodi has more than 20 years of experiences in both Strategic and Operational Human Resources.
