What is Employee Experience?

Employee Experience (EX) is a holistic approach to employee engagement that considers all interactions your employees have with your organisation at critical touchpoints of their personalised journey: from recruiting and onboarding through development and retention, as well as exit.

Expert advice and guidance on in-depth communications design and messaging for feedback programs. Includes the review of existing communication planning materials, creation of customised communications content for core survey and the development of FAQs to be used throughout the feedback program.
Delivery of company-wide results highlighting relevant results, insights and recommendations, interpreted for both senior leaders and relevant functional areas (HR and People Operations, etc.).
Facilitated workshop with senior executives, HR teams and line managers to identify practical action steps informed by survey data and in line with strategic objectives. Root Cause Analysis workshop helps managers to look deeper and address challenges identified from employee engagement surveys by applying root cause analysis, prioritizing issues and taking corrective actions. Create communications and change management steps to implement needed changes and realise program benefits with minimal disruption to current client practices.
Ensures that the survey process is not simply a box-tick exercise, but is instead an ongoing, living process of consultation and communication. This includes the collaborative development of an action planning calendar, creation of a recommended library of managerial actions, the design of pulse survey programs and a means of tracking success measures.
Depending on the strengths and areas for development flagged by the survey result interpretation, programs can include any combination of organisational development, training in people management skills, talent assessment and management, leadership development and executive coaching.
